Changes to the minimum income requirement for partners increasing to £29,000 from £18,600.
The minimum salary for Skilled Workers will increase to £38,700 from £26,200 per annum.

How employees can apply for a Skilled Worker visa.
Possibility of applying for a UK visa if one has previously overstayed, or has previous immigration refusals or a criminal record.
