Linna Li qualified as a solicitor in the UK in 1999. She is one of the founding partners of Zhong Lun’s London office

Linna acts mainly for institutional investors, offshore investment funds, and property investment and development partnerships based both in the UK and offshore.

She has a wide-ranging practice, acting for investors in commercial property portfolio acquisitions and disposals; investors, developers and housing associations in UK residential land development, acquisitions and disposals; investors and developers in London city office blocks, hotels, and bars/restaurants acquisitions and disposals. She also assists clients in the management of various portfolios.

Linna’s experience also extends to secured lending, re-financing and development funding.


Work experience:

Acting for an offshore investment fund in their various acquisition of city office blocks including Austin Friars House, Cannongate House, Birchin Court;

Acting for an investment fund in its refinance with its UK assets as securities;

Acting for a UK fund in its acquisition of a shopping centre;

Acting for a UK company in its acquisition and development of site in Dockland;

Acting for a UK housing association in its acquisitions of housing stocks in South London and funding through secured lending;

Acting for a private fund management in its sale of property portfolio with a pension fund and lease back.

Acting for an offshore investor in its various disposals of commercial property investments in the UK;

Acting for the branch of a major Chinese bank in its secured lending works in the UK.
