Zhong Lun is one of the first Chinese law firms to establish an antitrust & competition practice. Scope of Services

Services include:

  • Merger filing: assessing the need of merger filing, helping clients devise merger strategies, complete merger filing, and respond to government investigations into non-compliant filings, and coordinating cross-jurisdiction filings

  • Antitrust compliance and consultation: providing antitrust compliance opinions to clients on their vertical and horizontal business agreements, including cooperation agreement, joint development agreement, distribution agreement, licensing agreement, and supply agreement, providing compliance counseling for businesses who may abuse market dominance, building comprehensive antitrust compliance systems and devising antitrust compliance plans for businesses, and conducting antitrust compliance training for their employees

  • Antitrust investigations: assisting businesses in responding to government antitrust investigations

  • Antitrust litigation: representing clients in civil litigation, administrative litigation, and administrative reconsideration involving antitrust issues
